| Mainly equipment: 1. Melting system The main equipment of Melting system is resistance furnace .The principle is to melt the coal gangue with strong electricity produced by three electrodes. The furnace is made of steel. 2. The blowing system The blowing system is compose by air compressor and nozzle. Melted coal gangue line from melting pond in furnace is broken by airflow from the nozzle, and extended to form fibre. 3. The fibre collection machine The fibre collection machine is the equipment to collect cotton .It is composed by net transport system, negative press system, drive system and so on. Fibre should fall on the net equably because of negative press system. Original blanket is formed by the collect fibre machine and transported out. 4. The solidifying furnace The solidifying furnace is the equipment for finalize the design of blanket(board).It is composed by bridge, drive system, hot-blast system, cutting system. Fibre cotton is heated and dried by solidifying furnace, than become blanket, felt and what ever is requested. You can get final product after cutting. technical process of swing |
